• There is no required textbook for this course. We will occasionally reference and use the following:
  • Bayes Rules! (available for free online), co-authored by Mac’s very own Alicia Johnson.
  • BDA3, available as an Ebook through the Mac library
  • Bayesian Theory by Bernardo and Smith, available as an Ebook through the Mac library
• We will also occasionally reference and use the Statistical Theory course notes, particularly for the theoretical foundations unit of the course. Please pay particular attention to Chapters 1, 2, 4, and 8.
